Our first Soil Crawl will be held at Stone Soup Garden in Laurel Montana on Saturday, July 15. Participants will tour a small-scale, regenerative farm in the Yellowstone Valley led by young farmers striving to cultivate healthy soil, food, and community. Stone Soup Garden is the culmination of a decade of experiences in local food, organic farming, and building intentional community!
In June of 2017, more than 70 ranchers, farmers, and gardeners gathered for a day of learning, collaborating, and digging in the dirt. The 2017 Soil Crawl on the Indreland and B Bar ranches was an opportunity for people who grow food to learn from one another about soil health and the methods used to achieve it.
