Our State – Our Say

National partisan politics are coming for our state in an effort to divide us even further. Moreover, Governor Greg Gianforte and a small faction of the Montana Legislature are obsessed with turning Montana’s judicial system into a hyper-partisan body. During the 2025 legislative session, they advanced numerous bills that would have undermined our independent judiciary – but we stopped them.

Now we’re working to pass CI-132 to ensure that our courts are led by honest, impartial judges, not people forced to serve a political party.
