Voice your opposition to biofuel wastewater dumping in the Madison Aquifer

Golden Triangle Resource Council has been fighting the proposed dumping of biofuels wastewater into the Madison Aquifer. On August 20, the Environmental Protection Agency announced a proposed modification to the Jody Fields permit applications to expand the area of the aquifer exemption around the wells in Pondera County. The EPA has reopened the public comment period until October 13.

We are asking you to join us for the hearing to oppose the aquifer expansion, to preserve our clean water, and ensure our rural communities remain pristine. Submit your comment below!

We encourage you to add your own comment to make it personal. Don’t forget that your story is important! Decision-makers are going to be listening with a careful ear towards who you are, and why your opinion on this matters. Note: This is OPTIONAL.
