At Northern Plains we’re working to create a clean and affordable energy future. That’s why we fought to pass legislation allowing Montana’s businesses, non-profits, farms, and ranches to more affordably finance important renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades. Commercial Property Assessed Capital Enhancements (C-PACE) is a program to do just that! But passing this legislation last year was just the first step.
