Solar energy in Park County has now reached a full megawatt! For some context, one megawatt of energy is enough energy to power 400-900 homes at once. This is a major accomplishment, and we want you to help us celebrate our work advancing Montana’s clean energy future!
Yellowstone Bend Citizens Council will be holding a Megawatt Solar Celebration on Saturday, April 27, from 2-4 pm at the Park County Fairgrounds. Feel free to bring your family and friends to help us celebrate this incredible accomplishment for Park County! This will also be a great opportunity to admire the new fairgrounds solar array that has been constructed on the rabbit barn.
