Montana communities rally together for Data Center Day-of-Action

On Aug. 22, Northern Plains Resource Council (NPRC) organized  a statewide day of action where more than 300 Montanans turned out to events held in Billings, Bozeman, Helena, Great Falls, Lewistown, Glendive, and Big Timber.

For several months, member leaders have been organizing Montanans across the state to make sure that our communities are protected from the harmful impacts that hyperscale data centers pose to Montana. Our statewide day of action took that effort one step further by taking our message to the streets. If you are interested in learning more about this work, visit northernplains.org/data-centers/
