The following documents provide the research findings from a federal POWER grant (Partnerships for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization). The analysis, POWER Cleanup Jobs Study, was conducted to provide data regarding the workforce and economic impacts of differing coal ash pond cleanup scenarios in Colstrip, MT.
