SUMMARY:Rooting for Profit: A Financial Workshop and Soil Health Listening Session
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to Central Montana Resource Council’s for this in-person event geared towards agricultural producers of any kind\, agricultural service providers\, and others interested in soil health. Please join us for a workshop featuring independent ag financing consultant Ali Moxley\, Gretchen Kroh (Carbon180)\, and other conservation programming experts. \nAttendees of this event will discuss how ranchers and farmers interact with existing conservation programs and share what might be missing in terms of programming or resources for conservation and management efforts on agricultural operations. The feedback collected will be shared with decision-makers. Then after lunch\, participants will hear from a panel of grant writers and administrators with the opportunity for one-on-one consultation. Stipends are available for producers to attend this event. Producers who would like to attend can apply for a gift card equal to their expenses.
