Stand up for clean water, a healthy climate, and tribal rights!

Clean water is just one of the priceless resources found in Montana, and right now it is at risk. TC Energy, the Canadian corporation that is proposing the Keystone XL pipeline (KXL), has submitted a permit to build KXL through 201 Montana waterways in the state, including the iconic Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers.

Not only does the KXL pipeline threaten to irreversibly pollute our water, the permitting process has continually undermined the sovereignty of tribal lands near the pipeline in Montana and beyond. We have a responsibility to make sure that these rights, ancestral lands, and the water sources vital to supporting these communities remain intact.

Please submit a comment below to tell the Montana DEQ to deny TC Energy’s 401 permit, which would allow construction over hundreds of Montana waterways. After personalizing your message (optional) in the box below, fill out the contact fields and click “submit.”
