The 2019 Soil Crawl is here! Get down and dirty with us at the Sandy Arrow Ranch on Friday, July 19. Join Molly Haviland and Joe Barta for a full-day tour and conversation about how they build and use compost on their cutting-edge operation near Geraldine. Bring a container of your favorite soil or compost (max. two 5-gal. buckets) and let the microorganisms do the rest! We will combine your soil or compost with the others’ and refill your original container with the new, microbe-rich soil. You’ll leave with a product that you can use for home brewing, inoculating your compost or gardens, or coating your seeds before planting… the options are endless!
*Please bring plenty of water, a chair, and clothes for any conditions.
