Get down and dirty at the 3rd Annual Soil Crawl!

July 19 @ 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

Want to take a deeper dive into soil health, understand what’s happening in your soil, and how to measure it from home?

The 2018 Soil Crawl will get down and dirty with soil monitoring on Friday, July 19th at the Sandy Arrow Ranch near Geraldine.  Join Molly Haviland and Joe Barta for a full day tour and conversation about how they build and use compost on their operation near Geraldine. Bring a container  of your  favorite soil or compost.  (max. two  5-gal. buckets) We will combine the group’s contributions.  Your container will be refilled with regional microbes.  You could brew it, use it to inoculate your composts or gardens or coat your seeds before planting… the options are endless.
